Yesterday we experienced technical issues that caused people to be unable to edit their data for a short period of time. They were receiving an error message reading ‘could not insert: [com tracking time model metadata]’. The problem was caused by our database server reaching its storage limit.
In the last couple of weeks the requests to our database doubled, leading to this kind of “hiccups” of the app.
We restored access to your data as soon as the issue was brought to our attention, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Your data is safe and has never been compromised.
