Yes, your data is yours. PDF export is available on every plan, including Free. CSV and Excel exports are available from Starter up.
When we say free, we mean free. No credit card, contract, or signature required. At the end of your 14-day trial, you can simply enter your credit card details to activate your PRO account and continue using all premium features. In case you decide not to continue using our service, your account is automatically moved to the Free plan and you keep tracking time. You can upgrade at any time.
Sure! You can cancel, upgrade or downgrade your TrackingTime subscription at any time. No strings attached.
You only pay for users marked as active in your account, and you can archive or re-activate users at any time. User fees are prorated every time you add new users, and archived users keep their data, so you can still build timesheets and reports for them.
Monthly subscriptions are payable by international credit or debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, etc.). Annual subscriptions for larger teams can be paid via credit card, bank transfer, or check.

Yes. If you aren't satisfied with TrackingTime, just let us know within the first 30 days and we will be happy to refund your money. However, please note that we don't offer refunds (full or partial) after 30 days of paying your first invoice.
