Is a credit card required for my free trial?
No. A credit card is not required for a free trial account - so you can sign up with no commitment. Credit card information is only requested to begin a paid subscription.
What happens at the end of my trial?
When your free trial ends you can still use all the standard features with a team up to 3 people. You can upgrade to PRO any time.
How long are the contracts?
There are no long term obligations or contracts. TrackingTime plans are paid monthly. You can start and stop your service at any time.
Can I switch plans?
Absolutely! To switch plans, just go to Billing section in your Settings and choose another plan.
The Hour Plans
Our hour plans are specially designed for companies that work with many freelancers or part-time employees. Instead of paying a monthly fee per user you can have unlimited users tracking up to a certain amount of hours per month. We have many hour plans that will fit your company size.
How do I cancel my TrackingTime subscription?
You can cancel your free TrackingTime account anytime. To do so, go to the account section and click 'close account'.
Do you offer academic/non-profit pricing?
Yes, we do. We’re both proud and humbled by the many nonprofit organizations around the world who work with TrackingTime.
We want to make our platform as accessible as possible for everybody who is serious about productivity, specially to those
amazing people who are committing their time to make our world a better place.
Although educators are not eligible for the nonprofit discount, educators may also apply to use TrackingTime PRO at a discounted rate. Please get in touch with us and tell us about your project. We look forward to hearing from you!
What payment methods does TrackingTime accept?
You can set up a monthly subscription using Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other worldwide accepted credit and debit cards. There is no required commitment term beyond one month. We can also set up invoicing for larger payments; just contact us to discuss your needs.
