Webinar Scripts
Purpose: Structured presentation scripts for group webinars and 1:1 demos. Each script is a module sequence with timing and CTA.
How to use: Run the triage first to pick the right script and know which modules matter most for the audience. Adapt timing based on whether it's a live webinar or a 1:1 demo (compress to 25–30 min for demos).

What to Always Show
Regardless of the script, never skip these five moments:
- The business problem first — don't sell a timer, sell visibility over what costs and earns.
- Before/after data quality — show what incomplete entries look like, then with policies active.
- Timesheet datatable with live grouping changes — switch from "by user" to "by client" to "by project" in one demo.
- Shared Report with the agency's logo — when there's an external client in the picture.
- Pricing comparison close — always end with a plan side-by-side.
